Extremely happy with the service, since it was taken over from well by Healthwise. I’ve seen a significant improve in customer service, updates on my prescription and the general support I’ve received from the pharmacist.The pharmacist and his team goes above and Beyond to make sure the customer is well supported.
This used to be my go to Pharmacy when I was working in Cardiff. It was so useful as I could pop over at lunchtime. I always found the staff to be super helpful and knowledgeable. I also like that they had a good range of products ranging from everyday toiletries to last minute gifts! I'd highly recommend. They seemed to have good relationships with local surgeries and delivery drivers.
Just tried this place as my regular pharmacy is a pain. Pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff and the I could actually find what I was looking for thanks to sensible layout.

Good pharmacy, very quick to sort my prescription out despite the doctors only just sending it over. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm glad I changed to this pharmacy. Much better experience and staff than my old pharmacy 'Well'. That place was a right shit show
